The Villa
A spacious single storey two bed/one bath property that includes a large private solarium with pool views and enclosed patio area with vehicle access. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, adjacent to the pool area with an electronic gated entry system to control access to the villa and pool for additional privacy and security.

The Kitchen
The fully serviced kitchen includes a standard Oven/Grill, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and a seperate utility room housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board etc.

The Living / Dining Room
A large living area containing a standard sized sofa, double sofa bed, table and four chairs, storage units, coffee table, black out window blind and two large ceiling fans. It also includes Satellite T.V, DVD/CD player.

Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a low flush wc, bath and shower, large vanity unit with mirror.
Towels provided.

Bedroom One
This large double bedroom has a standard sized double bed, bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobes. It also includes a ceiling fan and black out window blinds.

Bedroom Two
This room can be easily converted from a single to a twin or double as required. It also includes built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, a ceiling fan and black out window blinds.
